1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (where available)
2. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only for:
- Cancelled prepaid orders
- Damaged or defective products (upon verification)
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged in transit. For return requests, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please share a photo/video of the defect/damage while requesting a return or refund.
